Someone obviously doesn't look at CapGeek? That's as decently accurate as it gets.
At what point is Campbell tradeable? There is the money for 2 good defensemen.
Or what point would a buyout be considered which could save approx 5 mill./ yr
Barry Rozner Sr called....he wants his sperm back.
Unfortunately, that ship already sailed....
OR swum.....
I love using that word, is that even a word? S W U M... just does not look right does it?
Did he propose trading Kane on the Score today to make Cap room? WTF? Kane has some of the best hands in the world, probably top 5 passer in the world.
I wonder if he added salaries instead of cap hit. It doesn't make it any better because it would just change the article from deceptive to ignorant. The difference between Keith's and Hossa's 2010/11 salary and their salary cap hit would almost make up the $6M difference between Rozner's number and reality.
It amazes me that guys who earn their living reporting on sports know less than most casual fans. Most people work a minimum of 8 hours a day. Assuming sports reporters work as many hours as the rest of us - WHAT THE HELL DO THEY DO FOR 8 HOURS A DAY - 5 DAYS A WEEK????
HIs motive was to prove the Hawks will have a hard time staying under the Cap this summer. It was not a lack of not doing his research, it was more or less a slap to most Hawks' fans face, his assumption is all Hawks' fans are casual fans and did not think they would go to capgeek and check out the numbers.
