They better have a freaking good plan. This sucks. Pace only option now is trading multiple picks away to acquite a QB. He knows he will get fired if he does not do that. Expect multiple first rd picks to be traded away this offseason. He has to.

WE could possible have a better position for draft picks, no need to burn those extra pick to move up, Fresh football mind hot off the wire rebuilding/retooling the team. Ex. Browns, MIA, Cards, Rams and you could say Ravens, Chiefs, are some of those teams that refreshed themselves in a way recently.

This is setting up for an absolute disaster next year. If they limit Paces power they are bad and gone after next year so this wouldn't make sense. If they give him free reign he is going to mortgage the future, but there still isn't a realistic way to build a contender this offseason, so he'll be gone anyway but the team will be in horrible position to make any moves for a couple years.
