It’s done well. No one here takes it seriously besides angry old boomers that don’t have the same societal views. It’s not done to skirt a ban; HHM was banned last week and his alt was as well. Comedy is medicine for the soul.

Mad TV literally had a long running skit with an autistic person. SNL infamously did a horrible movie on a ambiguous person that no one could guess what their sex was. You simply don’t like HHM.
