And your first quote is exactly why your second quote shouldn't concern anyone. Hmm, the Cubs got a short hispanic middle infielder in this deal well that must mean he is exactly the same player as the last short hispanic middle infielder the Cubs had. Never mind the fact that Augie never had a SLG percentage over .409 in the minors at ages 22-25 and Torreyes hasn't had a SLG percentage below .454 in the minors at ages 18-19, but yeah Torreyes is Augie 2.0

Look the reality is that Torreyes and Sappelt aren't elite prospects. They aren't top 100 talents, but that doesn't mean they lack upside.

The reality is that I still can't believe Theo and Jed got that big of a return on Sean Marshall. I don't care how awesome Marshall was, he was a fucking middle reliever and the Cubs got a MLB-ready starter and two decent prospects back. That's insanity.
