I am beginning to think this is a bit. Nobody can have takes as consistently shitty and wrong as this bitter, two-ton tessie

The only character issues that matter are the ones that arise during his NFL tenure.

Every player in the NFL Draft come in with the floor being they'll be a bust and out of the league.

Not every player comes in with the potential to be a Hall of Fame DT. So if you have a guy with the same floor as everyone else but the potential to be massively better than everyone else you draft the guy that's going to make the biggest impact for your team.
You mean like Lawrence Phillips or Aaron Hernandez?

He probably thinks freiermuth is a WR AND a rookie. Wouldnt surprise me.
So Claypool started all 8 games last year in Pittsburgh. Therefore one can say he was never actually “passed up” by any receiver. If he was demoted, he wouldn’t have been starting.

So you think he'll turn into a murderer? Interesting.
No dipshit, you act like those that have character concerns always turn out to be squeaky clean in the long run when it’s obvious that’s never the case. You are really bad at this.

No this is objectively false because NFL teams pass on players all the time due to character issues. So it clearly matters to NFL teams which is the only thing that is relevant. You making up shit to defend your shitty opinion is what doesnt matter.
My shitty opinion is shared by one of the best organizations in the history of the NFL and

The odds are extremely in favor of him being a great player than turning into a murderer.

The point that you failed to address (which is always the case when y'all debate with me)

When he turns into a great player and if then Wright is only let's say a Charles Leno Jr type of right tackle (I know Leno has always played left) I'll get to hear everyone whine and ***** about this just like they did about Trubisky.

All things being equal in terms of bust rate you always go for the great player.

Plus the GM should avoid making statements about building culture when you have guys who skip out on OTAs.

Wow bold claims here, so you have Jalen Carter as a HOFer and you have wright as a bust.

Both claims before either has even played a single snap in a single game yet. Amazing!

No it isnt. The Steelers have never claimed character issues dont matter in college.

They said they evaluate on a case by case basis. Stop lying.

@DanielCCSBears you are simply not qualified to write about theBears or the NFL (or hold a job) because your level of animosity, and your horrible takes, are not conducive to civil discussion here or anywhere else, especially when you post at 4 AM. Maybe you should check on your kids

I feel like he watches 'around the horn' and thinks 'I could be on there'
He thinks that never backing down constitutes arguing, changes his angle to suit his conclusion, mistakes terms and makes up facts, and makes enough errors in logic to fail a freshman course.

I wonder, if I taught a class on logic, how often I could use Daniel as an example of a fallacy.

I mean, on the other hand he could turn into the next J'Marcus Webb,an actual RT the Bears once had, you might have heard of him. Then no one would care if Carter became the next Reggie White.

I think if you were to do that, @DanielCCSBears would go from charging you to read his blogs, to offering you his columns for free on CCS, to paying you to read his hot takes on tikTok

Each of the differently colored comments are a different fallacy, and the italicized I have no problem with. Bonus points, italicized is also a fallacy.

Who wants to take a spin? Open book quiz.
