Was just out driving, it really isn't all that bad...not sure why they even cancelled school today.

My guess is because of the time going home from school and the improbability of parents being on time to pick up their kids.

I am enjoying the day off here though will curse it when May rolls around. It has been pretty bad out here and we've gotten a fair amount of snow already. But as Brett said timing is the most important thing, and the fact that the radar was suggesting that snowfall totals would be bad by the time afternoon rolled around is probably why a majority of schools are off today.
