I have a lot kicking around. Have never uploaded them anywhere as to respect my fathers wishes. But i eventually will some of it needs to go out there. Long story..we dont talk anymore. Hard to listen to some of the songs to also be honest. Got some things i gots to deal with!! But yah i still have great memories of hearing him playing late into the night while i was in bed. Pretty cool. To this day i sleep like a baby with music playing and cant sleep worth the shits without it.
Sooooo anyone else want to discuss their daddy issues?

My dad is amazing. He raised me and my sister all by himself. He let us get away with some crazy stuff but he did a decent job for a single father.
My mom had her own issues but I don't hold her accountable for it. She had a terrible childhood.
Id like to hear some recordings one day. Sorry you don't talk to your dad right now. Don't lose hope.

My Dad and I have a great relationship. Even when I was a drunk and high all the time, but it's much better now that I'm sober.

Lol thats awesome. My old man kicked me out a moving car once when i came home with a piercing chain hanging from my ear to my nose. Lmao..it makes me laugh looking back and he was right..not about kicking me out of the moving car though.
My moms complete opposite. I can honestly say i have never met a more amazing person than my mother..and not because she is my mother. Shes seen it all and has a take no shit attitude to prove it.
And yah congrats on sobriety. I am going on 7 years now. Believe it or not. Old IHN helped me through some wicked times to be honest. Love all you guys and glad most of us are still around driving each other bonkers.

Belive it or not, 30 years on August 17th. For 10 years- from the age of 16 to 25 - I put enough into my body to equal 10-squared, 100 years. Had to quit, or die. chose to quit.

I was a punk rocker back in the 70s. Saw Vancouver's DOA (Joey Shithead, Chuck Biscuits, etc.) in Cincinnati, when I lived there.
My mom was great, too. But died of Cancer a week after turning 65, and her mom lived to be 97.
I love all the dudes from IHN, too. Most of'em, anyway.
