By the way, I'll be at BWW in Naperville around 11:30 on Friday having lunch with the guys at work if you want to stop by. Let me know.

Why would you go to BWW if there's a BW&R down the street? Da fuq?

Do you have any spare boxing gloves? Will it be a handicap match?

My favorite teams
 1. Chicago Cubs
 1. Chicago Bulls
 1. Chicago Bears
 1. Chicago Blackhawks
What I probably enjoyed the most, was the graphic about how Tampa is a perfect 8-0, in these playoffs, when leading after 2. The Hawks are a far different animal from anything Tampa has faced through this point.

Anyone see the video of the exercise that Killorn does with a stick and a puck shown tonight during Don Cherry's Coach's Corner (about 50 seconds in) on CBC's Hockey Night in Canada? TCD?

That goal was not a fluke.

Crow was clutch tonight in the first period when Tampa could've had 2 or 3 more goals early and great on Callahan's breakaway. Kept us in the game so the Hawks could come back at the end.

Great to see the Fresh Legs (thx TCD) boys pulling this one out for the Hawks.

However, I don't think anyone has mentioned that Keith did a great job keeping the puck in at the blue line on TT's tying goal.

Just another reason why he'll win the Conn Smythe trophy.

I never got to watch any intermissions Mikita. Was busy freaking out btw periods and doing laps.

Post game was great. Got to see Craw interviewed in French Canadian. Its funny i always forget he is french canadian and speaks french fluently. Didnt know what the **** he was saying but i caught a few standard post game stuff. "Defense helped him out, he felt comfortable all night" same cliche stuff but it sounds better in french.

He should have said

The save i made in the third period on the breakaway was pretty much the play of the game i rule

So we are in agreement, Crawford is a scrub that should have stopped an easy goal.

Good ole Cherry

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JIy-xmBx11Y

Seabs getting super high praise from him at the of this video, but Cherry has been loving Brent for quite awhile. He talks him up frequently on here, probably the most praised Hawk on all of his coaches corner moments this postseason.

A little bit of hyperbole by Cherry, calling Seabs the best D-man in the league, cuz Keith is, easily, the best D-man in the league, but Seabs may be the most well-rounded D-man in the league (Keith can't hit like Seabs - ask David Backes). Seabs will drop the gloves when needed. ...and he's clutch in OT playoff games.

Definitely Cherry's idea of the perfect D-man.

(thanks for the link to Coach's Corner, CL!)

Word, TCD!

With a name like Corey Crawford it's easy to forget he speaks French. Same with Jonathan Toews. Then you've got Desjardins and he can't speak a lick of French.

Yeah well Keith can taunt better than Seabs, ask David Backes... oh maybe he won't remember that... also Keith can't really shoot too great unlike Seabs. That's really his only significant weaknesses.

I still found it hilarious that in the all-star game this year, during the whole squad relay race event they had Keith shooting onetimers of all things, and of course he missed 2 attempts.

Hah! I ate two slices of pizza (Italian sausage, pepperoni and XXXtra cheese) during each intermission.

Guess we dealt with the stress in different ways.
