For ****'s sake

It's not my fault I'm blasted for being right.

Maybe the Bolts do still win if Hossa scores but there is a good chance that we still win. What about this is so difficult to understand? He has a wide open net for fucks sake. He should be able to get it in even if he is being tripped. He had a good 2-3 seconds to shoot before he was tripped. Everyone needs to stop mentioning all the little things that may have costed us the game when this was a huge opportunity that was pissed away.

This isn't so much directed towards you, Dfuher, as it is to italianbeef and Trev.

You're contradicting yourself. You can't be "right" that Hossa cost us the game and then say in the next sentence that maybe Tampa wins anyway.

Jesus, 36 hours later you should be over this.

Another game, another Toews no show. How shocking.

Sorry for your fantasy team, but if you watched the game and thought Toews was a no-show, you are more clueless than I had originally thought. Or just a bigger troll than I had originally thought.

Think what you want. I'm done talking about this.

Yeah, I'd say you're deep enough.

Do you know about the multiquote feature?

Also Toews didn't have any points in the game. .. did you even watch it?

Yeah, and it's largely useless when talking to multiple people about different subjects. Do you send a single group reply to everyone who sent you email that day?

Yeah, I didn't just look at the score sheet.

I can't blame them. I hate being wrong :(

He's provided no factual based evidence while I have provided numerous times even giving the exact science of shooting the puck. This is why I miss IHN as there was a bit of actual logical discussion instead of just verbal diarrhea spewing onto a keyboard.

At least Variable when debating would give some type of explanation.

Please use the mulit quote feature. You don't need to post three times in a row. It's there for a reason.

Unlike some people in this thread/forum I'm not afraid to admit I was wrong....

Really? You still haven't admitted you were wrong in terms of our argument. Don't talk shit behind by back either.

Because I'm not wrong!!!! I provided factual evidence. Said evidence has been agreed upon by others already. You've done jack shit in terms of proving your point. I've also read NOTHING by journalists, bloggers, or any hockey experts who even slightly mentioned anything about Hossa being one of the 7 players who the loss falls on.

And even if you remove that attempt from Hossa, he still played a damn good game so I can't point to him as one of the players that cost the Hawks the game.

Just proves how idiotic the media is. You don't need "proof or evidence" for this argument. The bottom line is Hossa missed a wide open net which likely cost us the game. You don't get very many glorious scoring chances, especially in the playoffs. When you do get them though, they need to be buried or they will come back to haunt you, like in Game 3.

A couple little things doesn't make up for a big mistake. Imagine (god forbid) your wife/girlfriend had an affair and her and her lover thought they would "make it up to you" by buying you a pack of gum. Does that make up for it? Hell no. Hossa may have had a decent game but bottom line is he made a big mistake that likely cost us the game and possibly the series.
