The absolute best thing about Jonathan Quick is we all (or most of us, at least) will get to cheer for him under the Team USA banner in the 2014 Winter Olympics.

Don't know about other players but I'm pretty sure Ovechkin and Malkin are already on record saying they will play for their country in the Olympics with or without the NHL's blessing.

2010 was so much fun to watch. Being deprived of a 2014 Olympics would be a crime.

It is NHL Playoff hockey.

Anyone who doesn't have a horse in this race should be rooting for 7 games.

Less time in between the last game of the season and the first game of next season is the best possible option for any fan.
