3. Drake Maye 1236 Yards, 66.8% 9:6
4. CW 2016 Yards, 61.8% 9:5
How did you think he looked Sunday? What I saw was the first Bears QB to go toe to toe with the Packers in a long time and battled to the final play. He made clutch throw after clutch throw.

He put them into position to win just like he did against Washington and somehow the Bears blew it.

Bo Nix has been very impressive the past six weeks and has a good chance of finishing first among his draft class.

(Shoutout to @RacerX on the #calledit)

The talent of this class was the reasoning for us HAUL truthers.

People aren’t laughing about the haul anymore. I’m trying to find the article from Football Outsiders (now FTN) laying out just how awful CW is-historically speaking.

I posted a bunch of positive stuff about Nix pre-draft and actually had to argue with one of the mods here that suggested he could not play.

He started over 60 college games and certainly was seasoned. He’s just a good player and Sean Payton and Joe Lombardi are great offensive coaches.

What do you think Caleb would look like under Sean behind that protection?

Picking Williams was the right move. It will play out.

Daniels is already coming back to earth but the narrative hasn’t changed on him yet. Teams are bottling him up in the pocket and taking away his first read to the left. He’s extremely uncomfortable throwing right unless he’s rolling that way.

Maye is an another guy that has a chance to be good.

It would be great for the league if they all work out.

Haha. Was it me? I honestly have no idea what my pre-draft take on Nix was.

I’d put him above Maye on your list. That being said, let’s look at coaches.

Dan Quinn and Sean Payton know how to work with QBs. Flus doesn’t. At this point we need to stop finding the next great coach and grab someone seasoned and looking for a revival.

Payton made Bridgewater and Taysom Hill look good. I don’t even know who Maye is working with(coaching) but I think he just might have the highest ceiling out of all these guys. He has no offensive line and very little talent around him to go along with an average(at best) defense.

No doubt.

Flush this awful Eberflus staff and you should see huge improvements across the board. Even the OL can be better, they just look lost most of the time and that is 110% coaching.
