I'll recommend IIPR.

Wish I'd of had more capital to buy when they were in the 70-80$ range.... gr8 dividend and a growing stock.

Sorry bro other than reading up on the nuts and bolts of blockchain technology when it first came out it didn't really pique my interest enough to fully go down that rabbit hole and start mining coins and shit.... so sadly I don't have much insight to offer into VECHAIN or any of the other variants.

that one has been great for sure. Not a typical selling marijuana company. More the hey, you need a place to run your weed selling REIT type stock

That's what I love about it... it looks to make money off the real-estate aspect.

That was the secret sauce for Ray Croc with McDonalds.

Wait...
Can one mine bits of bitscoins with crank up solar chargers? I feel like solar mining bitcoins from your tiny home is ironic af.

If so, Xero is my hero.

yep, that is what makes it attractive. Anything real estate, security, data, etc related to the weed industry is going to also profit immensely.

It's over $200. As of now, it's returned over 200% for me and it's still growing, to be honest. AFAIK, it's pretty much the only REIT of it's kind and is still growing it's dividend.

^I suggest checking out the other two REITs in that last article as well.
