Actually you can use ice in your mixed drinks. Resorts used purified water for the ice. Just don't drink the tap water.

I'm assuming the guy that told me about the ice didn't get it at an all inclusive resort.

Still, probably better safe than sorry.

We were in an all-inclusive and 18 of 23 guests got ill. 1 of the 4 that didn't get ill, had a shot, the other 4 weren't at the meal where we figure we all got sick. There were also numerous other guests that got sick as well in the resort. It was a Dreams resort too, nothing cheap, I promise.

Why we all got ill? It's a question that I would love to know. We all got sick 2 days before my wedding too, my biggest worry that day was not sharting in my pants in front of everyone .... True story

Well if you weren't so unbro to me all the time on here, I'd put you in touch with one of my Vegas guys for the hookups.

I find it kind of humorous that Chicagoland residents ***** like crazy about the horrible Winter.... and its finally over and the area weather is nice, and people go "AIGHT LETS GTFO OF HERE FOR VACAY".

Not saying vacation is a bad idea, I just always find that trend funny..... my mom and sisters do it literally every singe year.... It finally warms up and its time for a week in Tucson Arizona with my Aunt or time for a week in Mexico at a resort.... We get what, like 3 months of warm weather and you spend 2 weeks of it in places that are warm all year round.... :lmao:

My family largely has avoided the south or southwest. The most south we went in the summer was Tennessee and it was hot and humid just about the entire time. Usually we would go north (Wisconsin, Michigan), Pacific Northwest, or New England. I only want to go somewhere warm myself when its cold and shitty here.

I'll be right down the road in Keystone in about 3 weeks.

Boy...legalization has really boosted tourism! ;)

Enjoy! I recommend renting a downhill bike at Keystone! Thrilling...but dangerous...if you suck, like me.

Ha Ha. I wish. Going with the whole family for a reunion. We did the biking down the mountain thing years ago last time I was there. I was the only one who made it down the mountain without eating it... but that's because I was going slow as shit!

Wisconsin is about as humid as Tennessee in the summer...and the Mosquitos are killer up there

IMO Arizona is kinda dumb when its Summer.... it made sense when we were all in highschool or college and had our Summer breaks, but now its just Special person to go to Arizona in 100+ degree heat for vacation when its finally warm at home. This is the proposal made most years by my family and I am finally done with it.... I will go visit out there in November or something when its crappy here.

Anyways, my point was more to the people who complain about Chicago weather and as soon as it is nice here and brutally hot out in Arizona or Vegas or Texas they head out there for vacation..... it would be like someone in the south complaining endlessly about how hot it is and as soon as it cools off at home and turns to Winter in Chicago they come here to visit lol.
