My Grandpa was a janitor his whole life. That guy could fix ANYTHING. When your a kid and your shit gets broken it's awesome to have a guy like that around.

Janitor is the best ally you can make at work. Bring that dude fucking donuts cause he knows everything that goes on, has a key to every door, and knows exactly who you need to talk to for any problem you could have. If I need something, I prefer to go to the janitor above about anyone else at work.
