That's what I meant about a massive roster turnover.

What about Dallas? They're the only one that comes to mind that completely blew it up and had success. There was the "suck for Luck" Colts...but up until that year they didn't have a losing season in over a...shit too long to remember close to 2 decades?

2011 to 2013 8-8 2010 6-10 hmmm not decades....................

Quarterbacks better than Jay right now -

Tom Brady
Aaron Rodgers
Andrew Luck
Peyton Manning
Drew Brees
Matt Ryan
Philip Rivers
Tony Romo
Eli Manning
Cam Newton
Ben Roethlisberger
Russell Wilson
Joe Flacco

Young QB's that have shown promise and will likely be better than Cutler -

Derek Carr
Marcus Mariota

There are 15-16 other teams who have a better QB situation than the Bears.

I mean, Cutler you can trust to make plays, too. With Tannehill, you get nothing.

Cutler, on sunday, was going through 3 progressions and improvising. He was getting in trouble with back-foot throws, but not really decision-making.

page 11 HMMM JC is deciding to throw off his back foot and NOT following thru on his throws Nothing new with this. Good QB's o this BAD DON'T Simple

Sorry bud, some of us just aren't afraid of Cutler excelling past what he has ever shown he is capable of, and thwarting the Bears from ever drafting a 1st round QB.

I want to go home I want to go home As the ruby shoes are clicked C IS NOT going to get better He is what he is

Throw off back foot and have SB ring's OK I am OK with that No ring's no back foot throws Are you even TRYING to say JC is on par with Farve? All I can say is what a waste of time reading this thread. C is not great or the worst He's not a good franchise QB either Best Bears had/have ok Twice nothing is NOTHING Was all for him when he came here but look at what he has done For whatever reason you come up with HE hasn't done the extra to make it worth it No talent When he has had it WR's RB TE still never delivered He is what he is NOT GOOD ENOUGH If I didn't waste my time reading all of this I would find out his winning % against teams with winning records BET its less then 500 against to winning teams Hell the division Best yet no one is ever wrong WOW

Gace and Cutler are better than Trestman and Flacco. Derek Carr may become better than Cutler, but he's not, and Mariota is playing little league offense right now. Also, while we're at it, Luck hasn't looked good all season.

Gace has gotten the most out of Cutler this season, Cutler's best as a Bear so far.

Since when do coaches factor into a QB's talent? If you put Flacco in this offence instead of Cutler with guys like Jeffery, Forte, Bennett and Royal...He was going to outproduce Cutler every day of the week.

Never said Carr or Mariota were better at this point than Jay but their future has a lot more potential and that's what makes the Raiders and Titans QB situations better.

Since the invention of the game. Period. Trestman's offense was horrible.

in 2014, yes. 2013, not so much.
As far as claiming it is Cutlers best as a bear so far, come on man- really?
4 tds and 3 picks, no deep game to mention, managed to alex smith levels with literally the only good stretch being a 9 attempt start of a game that ended in a pick 6 and an injury... not really a decent sample size.

at best he gets an incomplete this year.

Cuttys best stretch as a bear was 2013 hands down- bridging the injury from week 5 to week 16.

so, thats your defense of jay as a QB, comparing him to a journeyman?

lol

nope, it was brought up by the cutler haters. now they're whining that their argument is awful.

"Fitzpatrick is just as good as Cutler"

"No he's not. here is proof."

"Well, what's cutler's record?"

"A lot better than Fitzpatrick's."

"Stop comparing him to a journeyman."
