Not to mention, the Bruins lighting him up and Crawford outplaying him in 2011.

He also "lit up the Bruins" in the finals in the Canucks 3 wins...saving 97 out of 95 shots (2 shutouts). And his 2 shutouts, were 1-0 wins..not too much "pressure" there (67saves).

The Hawks have his number in the Playoffs, against everyone else...he's pretty stellar.

His playoff numbers (which are "pressure") -

Career - 62gms - 32W - 29L - 157ga - 2.53ga - .916% - 5so

vs CHI - 20gms - 8W - 11L - 59ga - 2.95ga - .893% - 1so

vs ALL - 42gms - 24W- 18L - 98ga - 2.33ga - .926% - 4so (1so every 10.50gms)

And his reg season numbers - 727gms - 2.52ga - .919% 60so (1so every 12gms)

But he's a bed shitter

For the right price I wouldn't turn Lou away. Love or hate the guy he's better than Crow, unless Crow finds his game and plays stellar which I hope for but tend to doubt. Also I think being out of nuckland would only benefit his play. Playing there and being the fall guy there has to play hell with his head.

This city will not accept shitty performances. Lou will be booed immediately out of town the first minute he gives up a shitty goal. We all know this.

While he may be better than Crawford, I'd stay the hell away from Luongo.

Yea pretty much, because against us it was good enough to get eliminated twice, and he shit the bed against the Kings last year to where he got pulled. Also almost blew it their cup (APPEARANCE) year to us.

Would HATE him on this team. Thankfully it'll never happen.

Against the hawks, there is something to be said for the team in front of lou usually imploding. How many times get he get fucked because his team became more interested in cheap shit then playing D in front of him.

I am not absolving him of all responsibility but when the team in front of you is doing you no favors against the 2010 playoff mode blackhawks yeah you are going to get fucked and not kissed.

Yeah I definitely enjoy his satire on Twitter and he's got a great personality. I think he would be an interesting fit in Chicago but for that price tag (cap hit and what the Nucks want in a trade) I'd look elsewhere with his history of choking literally every single year.

All you have to do is shoot one flat on the ice and go to the net. The shot will either go right under him or Loberto Reboundo will puke out a beauty of a rebound.

My favorite teams
  1. Portland Timbers
  1. Chicago Blackhawks

Let's also not forget that on the 'hawks there was a problem of the team in front of the goalie imploding because the team became more interested in trying to be cute rather than sticking to the fundamentals.

This is not absolving Dr. Craw in any way, shape or form for his "soph slump" and letting in goals that wet Charmin™ should have stopped. Bt if the excuse for Lou is his team baling on him, the 'hawks won't be better.

Toews not practicing today. Really hope its a maintenance day, he did talk about how he used the lockout to relax and heal up. Hope it didn't catch up with him.
