Looked awesome, were those like light up wrist bands or something the fans were wearing? Couldn't really tell.</p>

On the ceremony, I thought it was pretty cool how they handled the banner hand off/raising. Back in 2010 it was the ambassadors of the Hawks' past and a wife beater handing off the first banner to be hung since they themselves had won it, almost like they were waiting all this time for it to happen. Tonight it was the future handing it off. I liked that. Fitting. I'm actually kinda glad the ambassadors weren't out there, not that I don't like them (other than Hull), but this Hawks core/team whatever you want to call it, has done more than they have already. Time to stop living in the past.</p>

Yeah, little light up wristbands, they were on the arm rests of every seat when you got there.</p>

Patrick Kane had a really shitty (you could tell he read it right off a cue card) announcement about 4 times before the game reminding everyone that they need to put the wristband on to be a part of the celebration and "we will be out in a few minutes to celebrate with you guys"</p>
