We have three guys on the Hawks right now that could probably do just fine in the top six, and only one spot on the Sharp/Kane line. Bickell, Brouwer, and Skille are all good options for that line right now. They have all earned looks on that line before Morin is brought up. I honestly think Morin will stay in Rockford unless we have an injury.
I don't think so. I think they wanted him on that 2nd line from the start. Campbells injury held him down. Couldn't afford both Leddy and Morin. Leddy is clearly only here until Campbell comes back.

I'd be shocked if Morin didn't replace Leddy. And Morin earned his right in Camp.

Isn't Hendry's contract cheaper then Leddy? Why not bring Morin up, send whoever down with Leddy and play Hendry and Scott on the 3rd pairing. Can't play any worse then Seabs and Keith the last few nights.

I don't know what the deal is with Hendry. Although games like last night, where there is an incident like that, it was nice having Scott out there. He also didn't fall down skating backwards so it was a bonus.

Leddy has improved in every game he's played. I hope they keep him there for awhile to see where that improvement/development goes. If it works until Campbell is back, great for Leddy and long term for the Hawks,

I sure would like to see Morin-Sharp-Kane though. Fast ass line with skill at every position.

I think Leddy is well on his way to being top 4 within a year. He's playing pretty fucking good there now, if we can afford to have him in the 3rd pair our D will be set.

If he's willing to sign an extension for a mil more than fantastic but if he goes to UFA look out....
Seabs will be a RFA after this season.

And those so called experts said the Hawks don't have any depth.
