oh wait brunette played? didn't notice him. once.

honestly don't think i heard his name once that game. disappointing.

i like brunette but i would have liked to notice him more 5 on 5 tonight. I don't think he has sold me as a top 6 yet.

Brunette didn't play well tonight. I'm not sure but I think it was Brunette with that horrible turnover that led to the 2nd Bruins goal. I don't know if it was a pass or a dump in but it was horrible. And the line was dead tired, the B's went right down and scored easy.

I thought Kane had a great game, would have had 3 or 4 goals with any other goalie but Thomas, who also robbed Sharp twice and Carcillo once - may have been Chara's stick - all on great feeds from Kane.

One player was so far back I wasn't sure if it was a bad line change or he was just out of gas.

Crawford played his ass off again.

Players who played awesme.. Kane-by far the best hawk on the ice so far in ALL FOUR games.

Bickell and Crawford.

Won the first two periods and clearly lost the 3rd.

Although one person won this game for the Bruins. Tim Thomas. Single handedly kept the Bruins in it through two periods with about 6 just excellent saves.

Brunette-Toews-Sharp, you guys just suck ass right now. Not sure why, but that needs to be figured out.

Talked to Ben Smith after the game he is hoping to go on the trip. Will know by Monday. If he's going Q better put him on that top line because Brunette, isn't on it even when he is.

Oh and if Thornton was scratched why the hell wasn't Scott.

Oh and the last PP, Q you need to fucking call your TIME FUCKING OUT! Let your #1 guys REST so you can start them on the PP from the beginnng.

2nd game I think Q's coaching cost us points. Sad part is we've only played two games.

Stalberg you suck ass.

Oh and I don't know whats up with Hossa (he looked fine after the game) but his father was in for the game. So what ever it was I doubt the FLU had anything to do with it.

I thought the 2nd goal was Keith. He is not playing well. Q needs to put Seabrook back with him. Seabrook can help on his short comings, where Leddy does not yet have the experience.

Montador-Odonnel have not been bad either IMO.

You are right about that. The turnover brought the puck in the zone, but everyone looked like they were standing still. Keith has struggled, especially with Leddy. I agree with you RK Seabs really helps Keith. Don't know why they aren't put together. Why have two puck movers Keith and Leddy as a pair and two stay at home guys Hammer and Seabs as a pair? It seems simple.

Toews having his usual slow start and Sharp not having had a training camp, so it will take some games for him to get back in game shape. Brunette needs his linemates to be on their game to be effective. I like his nose for the net and boardwork.

I dont think its his usual slow start. I think it's a combination and could be just a little more with JT. But he'd never say aything about him. Brunette was invisible tonight. And partially responsible for at least one of those goals.

He was? Isn't he #22? I saw him multiple times.

Also Scott almost fucking scored... that was awesome.

And what do you know... Carcillo another awesome game. Wondering where "all these dumb penalties" are... LMAO!

EDIT: Just checked... Thornton played 9:22 tonight, I thought I noticed him a lot.

Oh and Carcillo had 8 hits, 3 takeaways, 0 giveaways, 0 penalties.

Couldn't believe that either. We could've won the game right there. Kane, Toews, Brunette or Bickell in front of Thomas with Sharp and Seabs on the point. And who plays the first minute of the PP? Basically, our shut-down line. WTF?

Carbomb is doing great so far. Thought he did his job and Kane was awesome tonight.... Why the hell was Stalberg on that line, though? I know Hossa was gone, but are we seriously lacking any offensive punch that Stalberg is considered to be top 6 now? If so, pass me the puke bucket... PLEASE!!!! We were practically doing all but preparing Stalberg's grave at this point. I think I found my scapegoat this season and its really becoming obvious.

Another bad knock was Sharp with that stupid penalty to ruin the PP late in the 3rd... Great job there, man. Yeah I'm calling you out on that one. -.- Not cool. I know the PP was nonexistent the whole game, but penalties during any power play really ruins momentum like it did tonight.

As for D-Men, the one that really stood out to me tonight and in a good way is Leddy. Don't know how he fared statwise tonight, but whatever it was, he looked good out there. Hell even Scott did, even though I know he was a winger tonight...

We've already barked on Keith tonight, so I won't beat that dead horse again. The one other thing is the fact I've yet to see Sami Lepisto play. Whats going on there? I thought we paid that guy for playing hockey... What happened?

You should have seen me howling today in the chatroom about that one, and I don't think I was the only one... I saw that and people were questioning me on that one... "Most reliable line" ... Give me a break. We're trying to score goals at that point, not defend.....

Its so bad now that some of our own are calling for Q's head.... Really? The man brings home a Cup and people want him sent to the gallows. It's amazing what 1 year can do to a man. A savior turns into a dead man walking...

At this point, I'm with you there.... and theres also that Lepisto guy I've yet to see play.... Hell, even bring up Dylan Olsen from Rockford if you have to get the point across. He looked great in training camp as well... ANYTHING to change the poor play of one of our team's strengths.

Sure Keith is considered an elite defenseman, but if he's consistently being inconsistent, that is a huge problem. It needs to be addressed, especially since we have Phoenix coming up. Last thing we need is to play like crap and lose to a team like Phoenix.

I thought it was Toews who turned over that puck...

Why is it a surprise about Stalberg? Remember last season with Kopecky playing the FIRST line? Remember, it's Q we're talking about here.

Couldnt agree more about Carcillo. And yea Thornton played but wasn't noticable. Almost scored, he was 3ft from the net. Kane almost scored 5 times. Almost doesn't count when you lose. Most of the time it means you lost.

Kane goes 5 hole on that "spin o rama" it's the highlight reel goal of the year. I think that's as close as he's been with it going in. Man that kid is playing some serious hockey right now.
