I'm not sure how I made it without hockey through most of the summer.

Even when there is only one day off between games I start to jones, but 2 days in between ?

This just in.... you can positive your own posts, LOL!

Kings have looked really good and they play fast and physical. That's one thing I've noticed so far this season (and a lot of last season) is that when I'm watching other teams, it seems like they play A LOT more physical than the Hawks. The Wild/Kings game and Rangers/Devils games just seem so much more fast paced to me.

Oh well, none of those teams won the CUP last year!

The #Blackhawks are practicing with some very different line combos.

And yes, Kopecky is practicing after missing Saturday's game. He's at center right now. Hmmm. #Blackhawks

That's an understatement.

I'm not saying I'm against any kind of shakeup just that this came WAY out of left field. . .for REALS!

I'm not reading anything into Kane being demoted down to the 3rd line other than it's been obvious that he's been digging himself a deeper and deeper hole in Q's doghouse. I don't think Q's trying to recreate the Ladd-Bolland-Havlat magic line here---just when Kane's play earns him a spot back up on the 1st line, I expect to see him essentially swap out with Skille and then we'll see that 3rd that so many of us have been "D'uh-ing" about the past week with Stalberg-Bolland-Skille. As for my boy Hossa, I'm *thisfuckingclose* (naturally as a fangurrrl, heh) to filing a goddamn indignant complaint on his behalf but whatever as the Hawks have gotta try something. Eh, as with all the other line changes maybe something sensational will actually spark/happen you just never know until you try it. Kopecky did used to be a Center back in the day so we'll see if he can shake off that positional rust, lol. But I do think that if Skille doesn't take over Kopecky's role in planting his ass in front of the net and working hard on the 1st that they'll sorely miss all those gritty second and third chances TK affords them.

Well at least Sharp-Toews-Kane aren't together again. That line looked atrocious... oh wait...

I was just surfing the handy dandy World Wide Web, and I noticed that TSN has Wings, Preds and Blues numbers 1, 2, and 3 in NHL power rankings. Obviously not true, but just a sign that Hawks division is right now the best in the league, and getting W's in division games may be a little harder than the last few years.

EDIT: and just a reminder I've got tix i'm looking to get rid of for tomorrow's game. Sec 332, row 10, seats 1-6. I'll take 30 each, and that's a frigin deal! will split in pairs.

It was hard at times last year getting wins in our division. Most games were very close. We played the Preds 4 of the 6 games very early last year. When they were not that good. It bode well for us, until the playoffs.

Detroit and St. Louis were some of our toughest games last year. Even near the end Columbus I think won the last two of the 6 games.

Just to type it out--

Skille-Toews-Sharp

Brouwer-Kopecky-Hossa

Stalberg-Bolland-Kane

Bickell-Dowell-Pisani

I give it 10 minutes and 3 goals against. Maybe sooner.

Is this the game I get to view in the RK seats with the Jolly man himself?

I think it's best Michelle sits there and consoles me. I hope I'm wrong but I see us getting our ass kicked tomorrow night.

I wonder how the Kings plan to stop the Bickell-Dowell-Pisani line?

LMAO!! You can't stop them, you can only hope to contain them.

If these lines hold up, this one is going to be . . . um . . . interesting?
