Jordan Eberle is absolute treat to watch. Watch out for Paajarvi as well... Oilers are going to be really really fun to watch over the next 10 years.

What a disaster this game has been. Maybe a beating like this is what is needed to get the team take their heads out of their collective asses.

Kopecky must be really distraught when his BFF is injured with when he's "leads" the team with a -4 tonight. Maybe they are somehow mentally linked, like identical twins are claimed to be, and he is feeling whatever Hossa is.

All in all a shameful performance, the Hawks get a glimmer of hope only to get it taken away with softies, shit coverage or dumb refs. Time for Q to take out the beating stick after this performance.

3 things so far.

Keith...if the ref is in your passing lane, SHOOT THE PUCK HARD ENOUGH TO BREAK HIS FUCKING ANKLE!

The Team D is actually good at something this year: Hanging goalies out to dry.

And lastly, if Q has a pair of stones, next practice should be an 8-hour bag skate session--the only way you leave is on a fucking gurney.

On the edge? no. Frustrated as hell because these guys should be better than this.

If the Hawks are still looking as disorganized as now after 20 games, they are officially suffering from a bonafide Cup hangover. Atleast they aren't as bad as my home town hockey team who after winning the Finnish championship last spring are still looking for their first proper win after 18 games played.

Well I am now officialy concerned about the Hawks team defense. It's been long enough. Campbell get your ass back now. Culli go away. And team defense is one thing. Our 3rd line has to start showing something. Hasn't been enough. Gievn Hossa being out changes up everything but come on now. When guys go out others HAVE to step up. Bolland? This is your moment to get back into things. Where are you? Where is the Bolland rat? Come on Dave.

Congrats to Sharp in continuing his goal scoring.

These games happen at least the Hawks poped a few in. Team defense needs to go to the box and feel shame.

oh question....anyone else been questioning some of Kanes shot selections lately? Or am I just thinking shit up that isn't there?

I will say this...at least Hendry seems to be playing better. Still, what an abortion of a game.

The only positive from this game is that the Hawks were somewhat in this game, but the negative, allowing 6 goals like that (5 if not counting the Auger goal and disregarding the EN), far outweighs the positives. Bolland and the depth players need to step it up. Soupy's return should help stabilize the D so Keith wont need to be on the ice for half the game and guys like Boynton, Hendry and Cullimore can get the leftover minutes as that is what they are good for. Toews seems to be getting back his mojo and Sharpy is the only consistent forward.

I hope Campbell is the tonic that is needed, 'cause the Hawks defense is shit on ice.

Some of that responsibility has to fall on the forwards, as well.

Well....that sucked.

I can't count how many times we tried ill-advised passes that were to nobody, deflected or intercepted. If I had a quarter for each, I'd be rolling in it....

Please, please, please send Boynton to the pee-wee league....

Mommy, please make it stop....

Boynton and Cullimore fucking suck. I don't care if they have their shining moments, their suck far outweighs them. These guys should be playing no more than 10 minutes a game... Instead, they are playing 15-20. There is a reason no other team in the NHL wants them, and they're playing double what they should be playing...

We won't have three solid lines until we find three solid centers... I'm having deja vu back to the beginning of last year when they shut Bolland down for back surgery. Not sure how much longer you can keep him in the lineup playing how he has been playing. Pretty hard for a line to get anything going when the center loses two out of every three faceoffs, and can't win a board battle to save his life.

Right now, we need a second or third line center, and a solid #5 defenseman.

Remember when we were forced to trade Marty Reasoner because we didn't have the cap room to keep a $1.5 million dollar center after acquiring him from Atlanta because the Sharks signed Hammer to an offer sheet?

Sure would be nice to have Reasoner here now. Dude has 7 points in 8 games for Florida of all teams and is a +5.
