Why is this information not more readily available? It would be completely understandable to anyone who may see a drop in Hossa's play.

It's nothing new. The NHL never discloses specific information about injuries.

I could understand if it's specific to a body part, like a leg or an arm, as to not make that a target or anything, but vertigo? How is an opposing team supposed to key in on Hossa's inner ear?

I agree variable but it doesn't surprise me one bit. Even though the team doesn't officially say anything one of the beat guys usually get wind of it. Some of the time even before I hear about it.

I did laugh though....

Maybe they were trying to protect his "head" from being targeted by with holding the info.... Wait.......

Just to clarify, I know what Vertigo is. I'm just confused how he just all of a sudden pops up with it. Most people I know that are affected by Vertigo have had it all their life. Just seems strange.

I was diagnosed 6 years ago almost to the date. Came out of the blue. While I may have had it before and may have had it in my genetic make up it didn't really show itself until 6 years ago. Some doctors think a traumatic event may have set the trigger I can't think of any traumatic event in my life though.

It's might be possible that Hossa is feeling effects of a concussion incident or something? I have no idea. Dr's really don;t know shit about Vertigo by the sound of things.

I must say teh Columbus announcers are a pair of dumb fucks. Brouwer is a fighter? He can hang with the best of them? Another Jacket should step in here?

Dumb mother *******. Then again anyone who says "Smoke a rooonirooo" is a dumb ****.

The BJs Announcers are by FAR the worst in the league. If I have to watch a hawks game with a BJs feed I just dont watch the game.
