Quenneville stated in the post-game presser that there will be no Rockford call ups to replace injured players.

Hendry and Scott at forward.

Yeah, the sky's not falling, there's plenty of games left, it's the refs fault, they didn't get the bounces....Blah, blah, blah.

Any excuses I'm missing?

So let's see, Hendry and Scott at forward if all 3 can't play. Who knows, maybe one of them can play tonight, even though I don't see that happening. Q said he's "hopeful" about Hossa tonight, but I thought I heard somewhere that he is out tonight. So that all being said, I have absolutely no idea who the hell is even going to play.

I assume Eruns is going to get a lot of camera time with his mohawk.

Jeff Taffe recalled.

I believe he's playing well at Rockford, although I might be thinking of someone else.

Johnson on IR.

Hossa in. Dowell out. Pisani out. Stalberg a maybe.

Per Adam Johns, Hossa is in and will be on a line with Kopecky and Frolik. Dowell out with the flu. Stalberg a game time decision.

Edit- Guess I should read all posts.

I think Hogs have lost 8 of last 9 now. Not sure I would say anyone is lighting up here.

Q says no recall last night and today? Wa la, out of nowhere appears Taffe. LOL

Pretty sure they didn't know Dowell was going to miss the game tonight.

What a great effort tonight by the Blackhawks.

They proved they know what's at stake, and never gave up in the 3rd.

Doesn't matter what they do in the shootout, this team left it out there.

Hossa as a shooter? Really Q? I expected Sharp..not a time to try and get a guys confidence going if you ask me. I would have even let the hot hand in Brouwer take the shot over Hossa right now. Frolik even. Thought Hossa was a bad choice but hell ain't winning a hoot out when you go 0-3 anyways. Fucking lousy shoot outs.

But meh shoot out shhhmoooooot out.

Nice to see the team grind hard in the 3rd period to tie the game up and **** they looked good in OT. That OT was thrilling. Ruined by a shoot out. For a team playing back to back games they put a solid effort in tonight.

Take the point proudly.

Screw the effort, Jim. They LOST....bottom line. Kane looked like a dipshit on both the breakaway and in the SO...another lost point. Effort doesn't cut it any more. W's do....

But, unlike Pez, I watched the WHOLE GAME....
