Fitting for me to play this video of one of my favorite bands...I don't know if they still play this when Kanner scores. I thought it was pretty awsome when they did.

I'd like to see the Hawks take these next three Eastern Conference games. Keep the streak rolling. Should be good games though. Toronto and Carolina are both fighting for a playoff spot.

Yah need to keep the train on the tracks. A few scary moments in the last game in the 3rd but the team showed character all night more often than not. Do not take the Canes lightly as Pez said they are in a deep fight for a playoff spot.

Personally I will be happy with 2 out of the 4 points this weekend. I would rather take them from the Leafs. But I will be thrilled with 4 out of 4 points. Don't see why the boys can't do it. Back to backs are never easy but this team seems very motivated right now and clicking.

Will be interesting to see who gets the call in net tomorrow. I actually think we might see Turco. Craw was slightly off last game in the 3rd and it looks like it's time for him to take a little breather for a game? Tough coaching call but he has to sit one of the 2 games. Turco also needs to see some ice time.

Should be a good game.

Loving our odds for finishing near flawless to the end of the season, the D core is back. Not only are we healthy and STACKED at D, but Keith is playing like his old Norris self. Seabs has no more contract issues looming, Leddy is playing great and we back to the point where if you gave me the choice to take any D core in the league it would hands down be ours.

^^^^And thats as objective as hell.

Keep the hot streak up and were gonna be scary in the playoffs.

The canes are going into their second game in as many days. Hopefully this helps the hawks.

Should be a close game and if Ward is starting that scares me, he is the type that steals games but hopefully the hawk prevail.

Ward played last night. We'll see if he starts again tonight. Third game in four nights for Carolina, played at home last night. Hawks at home. This should be a Hawks' victory.

I really don't pay much attention to the Canes much so I really don't know much about them with the exception of a few players mentioned here. I'll be at the game..should be interesting.

Left Wing Lock has Ward as the starter but not confirmed. If it is Ward I expect tight game, if it is their backup I expect us to beat them easily, our offense is just red hot.

Not sure if I've ever seen Carolina play live before. I know I saw the Whalers play.

Oh well, just win.

Hopefully Jako will not make too much of a mess being so close to Ruutu during warmups.

RK better make sure his seat isn't "soiled".

I don't see the canes with doing well. They goal difference is a -7 with 189 goals for and 196 against.

Their below .500 on the road and are barely holding onto the 7th spot in the Eastern conference.

So, I don't see a problem with the Hawks getting a into trouble with the Canes. The Hawks have the 2nd best Goal differential in the West behind Vancouver. They have third most goals scored in the league.

With the Hawks D playing well and the forwards also back checking. I see the Hawks getting a win tonight.

I'm torn. I really want to watch this game but my option is a four hour 'behind the scenes' tour of Disney World. Plus we get to stay in the park after it closes to enjoy the rides. I guess I gotta do the tour since I am here.

Cheer the boys on for me in my absence!

Hawks win 5-3

Frolik gets another goal.
