That's TBIRDS long lost love child..
Holy fuckin shit......Now THAT'S an insult.
That's TBIRDS long lost love child..
Hejda was suspended 2 games for elbow to Kruger.
Sorry but that is a joke.
Sorry but that is a joke.
Wow the officials suck....wanna call something on the fucking BJ's or what?
I don't find it to be a joke at all.
Hejda elbowed Kruger in the face, on purpose. It could have been a much more serious injury.
I didn't even see a penalty. Kruger had his head down and Hejda leveled him. Keep your head up kid, you are playing with the big boys now!
I did, the ref did, Seabs did, and the league did.
True Krguer should have had his head up but that doesn't mean it's open season for Hejda to elbow him, on purpose, in the face. If Kruger would have suffered a concussion, the same people who have been saying someone needs to get even with Kubina on Sunday would be saying the same thing about this.
How does Hejda get suspended when Bertuzzi didn't?
Bertuzzi should have been suspended. Others in the Hawks/Wings thread think so, too (see posts 72, 73, 79 and 96).

Hun, did you move or something? You are always going to see them play the Jackets.

He caught him in the face with his elbow because Kruger was bent over and ran into it, his head was down and he lifted it at the last second and ate an elbow. It was not because Hejda raised his elbow. It's a bullshit suspension, it's not like I'm going to convince everyone here due to the bias but whatever.
The Kubina hit has no comparison to this one. The Bertuzzi hit was worse as well, no suspension.
It's too bad Hejda didn't say sorry, he wouldn't have been suspended. (Chara/Bertuzzi)
It was a penalty but I think no suspension was warranted.
Look, I understand why a penalty was called, but I thought it was borderline. To me it could have been called either way, I didn't think they were going to call anything but I was happy they did, however I'm shocked there is a suspension.
What really ticked me off was the knee-on-knee with Stalberg... should have been a major and a game! That was DIRTY!
