From what I understand, they pushed it as far as they could without risking further injury.

If the torn tendons heal to far they can't go back in and fix them. I'm guessing it probably should have been days ago but they put it off as far as possible.
Sucks but it is what it is.
Brouwer will have surgery after the season to repair his shoulder so Bickell was not the only one.

Where was the ref out cry then? all I heard was suck it chicago, This also happens to be when they lost their shit? Coincidence?
Game 4: Hawks 9, Van 13 here we go again, undisciplined team look familiar? ..

If you take out Game 4 after the first period when they just went to shit and head hunted. You take out 7-13, then you are looking at the penalties 18-25. I would say that's about right wouldn't you? On par with them being a way more penalized team this year?
They lost their shit and took a bunch of hack penalties to make up for their lack of quality depth, goaltending headcase, and a coach who doesn't have a clue what to do with it all?

WOW, how the **** did Bickell do it? 2 goals and an assist with a severed tendon... that's why the hawks have tied it 3-3 and the Canucks are crying about officials.

Whats the point of it now? They start him and it will most likely decide his future in Vancouver, as well as a lot of other people's future there. Vigneult is done if they lose.

I'll gladly take my plate of crow now. I thought we were finished 3 games ago. IMO Vancouver is a better team than last season, and we all know we lost half our team from last season. They got better while we lost a ton. No matter the outcome of game 7, the boys showed some heart, which is all I really care about.

I don't think I'll even watch this game tomorrow. It's going to be a fucking blowout, and I wouldn't be surprised if 2-3 more Hawks are knocked out of this game.

I'd love to see one of these reporters throw this penalty stat at Gillis and watch what kind of shit he would try and spew to respond.
Hopefully the refs are'nt listening to his whining to the point where it affects the way they call the game.

On the Bickell news, wow...what a fucking warrior he is. Dude has earned my respect. Playing through severed tendons? Fucking balls of steel. Probably some nerve damage too if he cut deep enough to sever tendons. ****. WIN THIS ONE FOR THE BICKELL! I wonder how he even gripped a stick if that's the case.

I can't believe he did that. I severed my tendons in my wrist once. I have no idea how he could hold a stick to be honest. When i did it my wrist just flopped forward and I lost all feeling and couldn't grip a thing..blood spirting every where too which was fun. But that's not the point lol. Bickell was picking up his game nicely so this does suck.
