Wonder if Kopecky will be able to go? God knows I don't want Pisani or Dowell either. I'd rather give one of the yewts or even Taffe a shot.

I feel oddly calm for this game. I was more nervous for game 6 as it was about if the Hawks could do an epic comeback that only 6 teams before had accomplished. Now that's accomplished, I don't feel as much nervousness but it might change as we move closer to the opening faceoff.

Just win it boys, for yourself and everyone else who are tired of the self-entitled whining group known as the Vancouver Canucks. Expose them as the frauds they are, who will never amount to anything more than regular season performers that do a disappearing trick when the real games start.

Home ice advantage hasn't meant anything in these playoffs and I don't see it mattering now. The officiating might be different after the crying of Gillis, but the Hawks have climbed out from a 3-0 deficit so it's pretty clear that they step up when the going gets tough and getting called more will just make these guys fight harder. Like a REAL champion.

With that said, the Hawks need to come out fast and hard and score the first goal to set the tone of the game and make sure the Canucks understand that they are just empty jerseys. I am sure the Canucks will put on a hell of a fight, but there is immense pressure on them to perform and so far they haven't managed it, meanwhile the Hawks can play from a pressure-free position. They were written-off already pre-series and more so after going down 3-0.

Whatever the outcome is, they have exposed the Canucks as the beatable team that they are, just as captain Toews said. The Hawks are playing with house money and are just going to enjoy the atmosphere and challenge of a game 7, meanwhile the Canucks are on the verge of a collapse of epic proportions that will leave an organization and city traumatized for the foreseeable future. And the fallout of a collapse of this magnitude is sure to offer comedy gold which will be a joy to follow.

Now I could soo be wrong about this, but something tells me we played Bickell long enough for Kopy to come back and play...and he is traveling with the team?? why would he do that if its game 7? I think Kopy plays today. Again just my 2 cents.

I really hope you're right acco. I think he could slide into that spot on the third line amd excel in the role.

I thought I had heard that Kopecky had a couple of broken ribs. My vote for Bickells replacement would be Kruger over Dowell or Pisani

Pisani has been beyond shit and Dowell hasn't been too great either. Krüger is a meh and I don't know how well he would work on the wing. If Kopy can go, then he should, but only if his injury isn't going hurt the Hawks. The Canucks will probably going to hit hard and that might be a problem if he is playing with broken ribs. If it's Pisani, then I hope he finds his playoff form from Edmonton's final run a couple of years ago.

Thats what I heard, but if thats the case, why would he travel with the team? Like I mentioned I think they used bickell as long as they could till Kopey was ready to go. But if the choice was one of the three you mentioned, I would go with Dowell. Pisani is done, and Kruger is not ready yet, his passes are to soft and seems like they take forever to get to the other player.

Well, if the Hawks win they'll fly straight to SJ from Vancouver. That could be why he traveled, maybe they think he can return early next series?

Kruger has looked a little bit better each game. Dowell just keeps doing absoluely nothing and could'nt win a faceoff with a mirror.

If Kopy can't go my preference would be.

Stahlberg-Toews-Kane

Smith-Sharp-Hossa

Brouwer-Bolly-Frolik

Scott-Kruger/Johnson

Short shift a rotation of Smith/Stahlberg/Frolik/Brouwer on the 4th line keep Scott on the bench unless the hack Cafucks show up tonight.

If Kopy can go bench Scott, move Brouwer to the 4th and put Kopy on a line with Bolly and Frolik.

Win or lose just leave everything you got on the ice. Cafucks don't deserve this series to this point. Make them pay dearly to advance to the next round. I'm confident the Blackhawks will take this game from the cry baby Cafuck hacks.

The people here at my work are hilarious. After the Nucks had won game three they where in my office with brooms to mock a sweep. None of them have said a word to me yesterday or today. No one comes to my office, and they scatter like leaves in the wind as I walk by. LOL LOL LOL

I hope soo, cause I'm a nervious reck right now, Im at work and can not focus. I'm at my third cup of coffee and now I'm jittery and not focused. This Gillis guy sure ruined it for me, watch these refs call three penalties right off the bat. Any other league this ****** would have been fined.

Desperate words from a GM in desperate straights. He knows his team is losing it. You know the wheels are coming off when the GM gets up on the podium and starts crying foul. If anything that tells me how desperate and unprepared for this game the Cafuck hacks are.

100% Agree on Scot. Either don't play him or have him as an insurance policy on the bench. After all the crying Gillis did all he is is a target for the refs.
