Most teams will give permission if it’s a move from position to coordinater

First HC, who was interviewed by Pace last time,
Patriots DC Matt Patricia
OC - Dirk Koetter - Probably not connected but the way I see it is Patricia should be looking for an offensive mind that can take over immediately to run the offense. Koetter appears to be one of those guys that is a great OC but not a great HC. Koetter worked closely with Matt Ryan in his early days in Atlanta and could come in and run the offense from the get go.
DC - Brendan Daly - The current defensive line coach for the New England Patriots. A coach with some quite extensive experience despite his young age. Hasn't had a whole lot to work with but has been part of a group this year that has drastically improved as the season has progressed.
ST - Tom McMahon - Once again, probably not connected but that's pretty difficult for a such a young HC. Tom McMahon is the special teams coach for the current Indianapolis Colts staff that will likely be relieved. According to Football Outsiders, the Colts ST is currently ranked 10th in the league and McMahon has close to a decade of experience in the position.
QB - Mike Bajakian - More of a connection with Koetter as he is the current QB coach for TB. Has worked with a rookie Andy Dalton and Jameis Winston in his time as a QB's coach and offensive coordinator.

My one issue with Patricia is that he is not strongly connected to any OCs that really excite me.
O'Brien is going to be a HC, or probably sit out a year and get back into it.
Patricia would have to have a good answer for the OC question when it comes up.
OC: Mike Mularkey [Titans Head Coach]
If Mike Mularkey gets fired from the Titans it'll be a while before he gets a second chance. I don't think he deserves a lot of the blame in Titans but he is apart of it. This Bears team would thrive in a smash mouth offense.
QB Coach: Jerry Schuplinski [Patriots Assistant QB Coach]
Schuplinski work with Jimmy Garoppolo & Jacoby Brisset have been great but is still under the shadow of QB Coach/Offensive Coordinator Josh McDaniels.
DC: Mike Vrabel [Texans Defensive Coordinator]
Excellent coordinator and only 42 years old.

I hope you're joking about Chuck Pagano. He was a defensive coordinator for one year in Baltimore with the Ravens before getting a Head Coach gig. I still don't know why he was ever a head coach.
Cleveland Browns (2001–2005)
Secondary coach
Oakland Raiders (2005–2006)
Defensive backs coach
North Carolina (2007)
Defensive coordinator
Baltimore Ravens (2008–2010)
Secondary coach
Baltimore Ravens (2011)
Defensive coordinator
Indianapolis Colts (2012–present)

What's Matt Patricia like as a people manager? I don't think I've ever heard him talk! Just seen him look gloomy with his hat on.
