Your fantasy league ideas don't work in the real work... Ill admit, the lineup you presented doesn't seem to have many weaknesses, but how would the bench look? I can better point to the lack of success teams have had when making an inseason trade- the Knicks failed last year and trading for Howard and Turk isn't gonna make us any better if we lose half the damn roster. I'm serious about not wanting Howard. I wouldn't mind having him but I wouldn't let the future of the team ride on his legs and shoulders. I like my chances better w Rose and our depth; than Rose and Howard with minimal support around them. Your fantasy league idea hasn't worked for the Knicks thus far... But beyond any lineup including/not including. Howard, you are another lame duck fan who is already annointing the Heat and Bulls as EC finalist when in reality, the playoffs are not in the immediate future. The Pacers, Sixers and Hawks all have the potential to dethrone YOUR "unbeatable-Heat". We may never matchup with Miami in the playoffs so these points you are making are moot.
Yes, you can go on about your business and clamor for every big name FA that hits the market to come to Chicago but I'm content allowing our players to mature and overcome any obstacle the teams that qualify for the playoffs present. I guess me and Rose think alike- I don't see him lobbying or asking FO to bring any guys in. I trust that Derrick will have enough resolve and determination not to lose this year regardless of the rest of the roster.
Go read this article, then man up and quit bitc#ing about the Bulls needing another player to "beat the Heat". You are lame.
