Assuming you're home the mornings and possibly lunch.. eat healthy those two meals.. if you're going out with friends or just want to relax in the evening without cooking anything, then do so on the weekends...

For me its usually "shit dinner Friday night, healthy breakfast Saturday.. sometimes a healthy lunch Saturday.. shit dinner... healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner Sunday".. Doesn't always happen, but thats usually what I aim for.

I have a friend who eats nothing but trash on the weekend, but during the week he doesn't have anything bad. I mean anything. He eats the same things the whole weekday and then wings and pizza and shit on weekends and he is shredded. He also runs like 20 miles so he has me there. lol

I only eat 1 or 2 times a day. Take a brisk 20 min walk and hit the weight machine for 20 min everyday. Drink more beer than I should but not fat and never a DUI. I once got to 230 and this way of living has kept the weight off for 20 years. 190 beats the hell out of 230. Good luck guys.

The 20 miles also has a lot to do with that lol...

I don't exercise much, so I haven't really seen much results from my food. I also had a candy problem at work until recently thus I actually gained a lot of weight over the past year.. Been trying to correct that this summer.

Most days, its eggs and bacon for breakfast.. some sort of meat with salad for lunch.. ***e Total Plain Yogurt for a snack and then a meat and vegetable side for dinner during the week.

meh did the whole weightlifting shit and joggin most of my life I turn 40 in 6 more days I give no fucks anymore I wanna get so fat I lay on both sides of my California king ya feels

at the current time im 6 ft 235 a tiny beer gut is starting I can pinch about an inch of fat or so and ya know what shit don't phase me im getting old aren't we allowed to get fat at some point?

I've never been fat but I tell ya all the fat people I know look happy and jovial no stress at all they get a bucket o chicken and just live the fuckin dream in front of the tube ya know what im fuckin jelly afterall who the **** am I lifting all these extra weights for and shit its not like im getting paid

For me.... I do good breakfast, lunch, and decent dinner Mon-Thurs.... Friday I have my oatmeal for breakfast like normal, but usually we go out for shitty lunch on Friday and dinner is a toss up, sometimes I dont even eat dinner on Friday.... Saturday breakfast is usually hashbrowns, eggs or pancakes, bacon or sausage.... I usually snack or skip lunch.... dinner is shit... pizza or pasta or something.... Sunday usually much the same as Saturday....

You guys should come to this Chinese place out here in Lombard where you can get this sauce called sleepysauce. Co-worker of mine actually fell asleep at his desk one day after having it.

Eat more veggies and fruit. More than you're comfortable with. Eat a salad every day that has no

1. Cheese
2. Meat product

Do this every day. Make it a part of your life. Own the attitude that if you don't make it happen you are pissed off at yourself. Yes, you'll have to order a salad while everyone else has a burger and fries. Sure, you might get looks from friends...but **** them. It's your life, your wife and your kids that matter.

Once you've conquered that, do what HHM says: cut the fucking sugar. Give up soda. Just fucking do it. Don't look back. Drink more water than ever before.

Those are the paths I've crossed the past five weeks and I'm kicking ass. In addition, I've cut down on the coffees (Only get a mocha now once a week as opposed to one every day). We've incorporated veggie juicing into our lives as well after watching a documentary and holy shit has that been awesome!

To Baba and all others with specific goals in mind...let's keep this thread alive. Let's post our weights, regiments and thoughts. My goal is to just get under 200 LBS. I'm 6'0 and don't need all this weight. I want my kids to know I'm Superman! Someone create a spreadsheet or a cool inner circle, stat! lol

I lost 30lbs since march, but still have another 10 to go. The first 30 came off like nothing just by reducing calories and 1 hour of intense exercise 5-6 days a week. But this last 10 lbs has been a sumbitch

Anyway, you gon get all kinds of diet advice, but in the end, eat whatever the **** you want, just stay within your calorie goal. Turns out, healthier foods tends to be less calorie dense, so you will probably gravitate in that direction just so you can eat more than twice per day. But as long as you are operating at a calorie deficit, you can eat whatever the **** you want. At least in terms of weight loss. General health is a whole other game.
