The Chicago Fan and I have both been in this thread. You would rip apart anyone else doing what you did. You are the definition of a hypocrite.

As well they should. Peavy is more valuable than Garza. All depends on how much money they pick up.

Ill be upset if its pitching prospects to be honest. We seem to do ok on our own with that development. We need hitters.

Report: Chicago close to trading Jesse Crain

According to ESPN Chicago's Bruce Levine, the White Sox are close to trading veteran setup man Jesse Crain as part of a three-team deal involving the Rays.
Levine calls the impending deal "complicated" because more than two teams are involved and Crain is currently on the disabled list with a lingering shoulder injury. The right-hander last pitched in the majors on June 29 and experienced a setback last week while trying to throw a bullpen session. There should be more details soon.

Jesse Crain - R - White Sox
Jeff Passan of Yahoo! Sports hears that a trade sending Jesse Crain to the Rays is "not close to done."
ESPN Chicago's Bruce Levine reported Monday morning that a three-team swap featuring Crain was "close" to being finalized, but Passan says that the parties involved are still talking. Crain, 32, is currently on the disabled list with a shoulder injury that isn't showing much improvement. So that obviously complicates things.

Red Sox 'very much in' chase for Jake Peavy

According to Jeff Passan of Yahoo! Sports, the Red Sox are "very much in" the running for Jake Peavy.
Reports on Sunday pegged the A's as the favorite, but things move quickly during trade season. Peavy, 32, has posted a 4.28 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and 76/17 K/BB ratio in 80 innings this summer for the last-place White Sox. He is also drawing interest from the Cardinals, Rangers and Orioles. The Braves were linked at one point as well.

White Sox not expected to trade Chris Sale

FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal reports that the White Sox "will not trade" ace left-hander Chris Sale.
There's been some talk that the White Sox should use Sale to inject some desperately-needed life into their farm system, but it's not going to happen this year. Sale, 24, is under contract through the 2019 season.

Well shit...

Alex Rios - OF - White Sox
Jeff Wilson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports that the Rangers are no longer pursuing Alex Rios.
Rangers GM Jon Daniels told Wilson that he doesn't expect the team to make another splash before Wednesday's July 31 non-waiver trade deadline. Rios has drawn interest from a range of other teams -- including the Royals -- and could still be on the move at some point. The 32-year-old outfielder is hitting .272/.325/.427 with 12 homers and 22 stolen bases in 100 games this season.

We were just chatting a little man relax. No one fucking uses this thread anyways besides me and Dews lol.

Anyways, I anticipate a deal today because Jake is scheduled to pitch tomorrow. Unless they sit Peavy and go with Axelrod tomorrow.

I hope we package Peavy and Ramirez to STL or Peavy and Rios to TEX. ATL isn't really in it because they don't have much to offer in terms of prospects. A's wouldn't be bad because they got a good young giant pitcher Michael Ynoa (I believe thats how you say it) who is 6'7 210

so what? its been me and the hurt talking and using this thread and it didnt derail at all. we talk about video games and than back to the topic. pick your battles

Sorry that I have a kid now and can't be on the internet 24/7.

Don't think you are high and mighty because you can post all the time. I have thanked you guys on another thread for the work you put it, but don't make other people feel bad for having a life.

@jonmorosi: Sources: Red Sox remain engaged in talks for multiple pitchers, including Cliff Lee and Jake Peavy.

@MDGonzales: Crain sounds as if he knows he's gone, spoke about Sox in past tense but declined to identify future team.

@Ken_Rosenthal: Source: #Rays remain hopeful of landing #WhiteSox’s Crain. Teams continue to talk.

@Buster_ESPN: Crain a good investment for some team because of the possible high ceiling,so it makes sense that Tampa Bay has had interest in landing him.
