I've seen fried chicken, but not specifically chicken wings..Not to say there isn't a place that has em..But I've never seen em
And I ate at Army and Lous as well as Glady's..Both soul food restaurants

i've had them with waffles, jerk, smothered, fried, etc. All over chicagoland
I haven't been to a Harold's that didn't have wing meals.

Harolds isnt a soul food restaurant. Its a chicken joint. We have em at Zaxby's too, but thats another chicken joint

Just do a google search for yourself. Wings are on a ton of soulfood restaurant menus everywhere.
I know you like to argue and changed the terms from "Black owned" to "soul food" but wings, both chicken and turkey are all over soul food and black owned restaurants in any predominately AA neighborhood.
Last wings I got at a soul food restaurant though was at Dixie Kitchen and Bait shop.

just did a quick google search and at least 70% of the chicagoland soul food restaurants i looked thru have chicken wings on the menu.
