Why Paul? WHY?

Are you trawling for background research because you are thinking of filming a remake of "Marat/Sade"?

I'll be Marat if you'll be Charlotte Corday....wait a minute. Good thing he re-opened this thread, after all.

If there was I know I would be the first to take it. I just tried to avoid any class or subject that included math. Probably why I got a history degree.

Yeah, same here. I took some easy peasy math class in college and then became a writer.

Also, 15 hours on the shitter? I really do hope I die before I get old (talkin bout my gennnnneration)

I am going to hope you are talking about Weiss' play (which enjoys an artistic "Triple Crown" IMO---a brilliant read, an excellent and challenging drama to see live, AND a fabulous film adaptation!) otherwise that's just kinky Jove.

But I will admit to having always loved her name---it just "sounds" like the name of a murderous French ***** ya know?

I am not going to even begin to speculate as to the psychological underpinnings of why you'd want to play Marat. After all. . .

Ah. Harmless reason enough. Perfectly understandable in that case.

Anyone on here have problems with knee pain? Specifically my right knee is killing me - lots of pain standing up and putting weight on it. Going to see doctor soon but wanted to see if anyone here had knee issues that were similar. I'm wondering if I tore an ACL or something.

I would recommend seeing your primary doctor first, then asking a referral to an osteopath.

Since this is the Psychiatric Couch I think it has to do with your mother and something to do with Fox news

I thought this was the 'everything medical related' thread so I put my knee ailment in here.

Not trying to be an ass or anything as im no lightweight, but how much do you weigh? (As i recall you mentioned you were a big guy).

Ive lost about 30lbs since december, and used to have frequent knee pain in my left knee for like 2 years, Ive just realized in the past month its gone. I guarantee losing weight will be one of the first things your doctor recommends.

It was especially noticeable when I would go up a couple flights of stairs. I always park on the top floor of my parking garage every day, so i walk up 3 flights of stairs each day now, and I noticed I dont feel it anymore.

Too much - 305lbs. Yeah I know that's a big factor but I have a feeling I tore something. Seeing doctor tomorrow morning.

When you went paintballing or is it older?

Tore something before paintballing - got into cab about 8 months ago and they have these hard pieces of plastic signs screwed in behind the driver's seat. It protrudes a lot and when I got in it was raining hard so I got in quickly and jammed my right knee under the sign - it hurt really really bad. Has been getting worse since. I've tried to put up with it but now it's impacting my ability to walk. Paintballing only aggravated what was already there.

I have a torn ACL in my right knee, never had surgery, I went from 130# down to 120# recently and it makes a world of difference, it really does.

No it's not. Some people just like to think it is. I haven't forgot about you I was just really busy, but I will get back to you ASAP.

Bri, us guys tend to make more stuff about sex than you girls do. We don't try to but it's like on Seinfeld our hoohoo's try to take over our brains sometimes. Some guys are better at fighting it off than others.

Just got back from doctor - I have a torn miniscus. I have to get MRI later in the week to confirm and if so then I have to have it scoped. Sucks to get old.
