The house I bought has 2 bedrooms and a really nice loft space..... I turned the 2nd bedroom into my office, and mine is a mess as well.

The loft I am turning in to a Theater room.... its gonna be sweet.
Isn't the loft cold all winter?

I visit this site because there are still good posters here, but there is no denying the massive talent drain over the last year or two. The irony is that it is a self inflicted wound, it's like watching a once competitive NFL team sink into into the abyss. I'm not mentioning any team specifically, but you get the idea.
Blame me. What the ****. Tried to save the board and may have killed it. :lmao:

The way I remember it is you stuck up for good posters and called out some bad posters. Obviously there are guys that disagree and see it as the opposite. Just read the first three pages on a typical Bar thread from 2 years ago, it's pretty obvious the perma bans have not made CCS more fun.

I know there are some guys that are glad to see their tormentors gone, just too thin skinned, and most of those guys add nothing interesting to CCS. It seems like some guys just come here to report people.

ND is horrible.
Lol at "talent drain".....

People thought the team could be turned around around in 1-2 yrs back at the end of 2014.

Ya, if we had a time machine and could pick Tom Brady oh so long ago....

Man, do we (well, my wife) have to declutter around here. It's out of control.

My biggest hurdle is getting my wife on board with the lifestyle. She just doesn't understand. I've lived with her for 3ish years, 1 of which we have been married and she just has so much shit and she is a hoarder. I have just randomly tossed stuff without telling her and then 3 months later shes like "Hey what did you do with that paper clip that was in this drawer" and I'm like how in the ****. Then I typically get in trouble for throwing away her shit, but atleast I feel better.

My mod tour made me look at things in a different way when I'm on here. Kind of I don't fucking care anymore way.

Well Urblock, it's an internet message board. Who gives a shit. I still come because I like shooting the shit with some of you and I usually get a few laughs. No reason to take stuff so seriously.

Should have said mod tour failure. I'm back to having fun. Ready to start a new push to give HHM a chance. Won't happen but hey an ex mod should pull a little weight.

I just assumed they brought back Rory and FT to offset the HHM and Grim bans. So now if they're all banned who comes back from the dead?

Bob from CBMB? Was he ever here?

I like all of those guys but they earned their ban. Not sure if FT and Rory are banned. Nobody tells me anything.

My fiance is the big issue right now. She came home the other day from Old Navy with 3 pairs of flip flops. I'm like wtf, and she tries to justify it by saying they cost $6. I try telling her that isn't the point, but nah, I'm the asshole.

I read through this and I know this was started over two years ago, but if you are still trying to de clutter there is a book that I really enjoyed and helped me get rid of a bunch of stuff.

The Japanese art of decluttering https://www.amazon.com/Life-Changing-Magic-Tidying-Decluttering-Organizing/dp/1607747308

functional book for helping you have a system for getting your house in order.

I read that when it came out. I consider myself a pretty extreme minimalist, but some of her stuff is weird. Emptying out your bag every day when you get home from work and thanking it for its service seems unnecessary.

Alton Brown's Gear For Your Kitchen is actually a really good book for cutting back on kitchen equipment even though that's not its real purpose.

Something I mentioned in another thread is doing an honest cost-benefit analysis of everything in your life. The thing a lot of people can't get past is "cost" being monetary cost. If I need one pair of flip-flops and have three, two of those are providing me with no benefit. Meanwhile, they're costing me time and frustration, because they're making it more difficult for me to find and use the things that I actually need. People think that having extra stuff around will make their lives better when it really does the opposite.

I'm with you, but have you tried explaining this concept to a women?

You make an excellent point, but she can't wear the blue flip flops with the yellow dress she never wears.
