He was a number 2 under Buehrle and a damn good one in my opinion. After that he got hurt a lot. Hence what I said before. Injury prone.

It's not his fault. He's never been a manager. He needs to learn. I wish they had a place where that could happen. They could even give that place a name, like the Minors or something
