The powerplay!!!

So many times, and not just on the powerplay, I've seen this team pass up excellent shot opportunities to give it up for that extra pass trying to see up the posterized goal. There is so much skill on this team that sometimes I think they feel like they have to do everything perfect with finesse instead of just driving hard to the net and putting the puck on goal. They all have to be beautiful spinorama pass goals... or one-timers. (which our D-men have show they can't do). I get so frustrated. I find myself inside my head yelling, SHOOOOT, then realize what's happening. and feel shame.

I've felt that same shame lately.

Well it sure helped put away the game last night......go figure, a couple PP goals and we cruise to a 6-3 victory. THATS HOW MOST FUCKING GAMES SHOULD BE FOR THIS TEAM. And Mason is dismal.

It's slowly starting to get better and better. Montador appears to be the guy to go to the net now. Possession game seems to be much better on the PP the last few games.
