If you can sprint without making things worse you really need to. Your VO2 max is extremely important as you get older:u fit, fast mfer. good for you. i saw 540s in the military as a sprinter... doubt i hit 6 ever again at me older age.. not the goal anyway..
my physio has me doing 12-15 min miles. this and the next few weeks. im doing 2 a days atm. like 20 mins in the morning and 20 in the evening.. plus walking time..
i can go faster but being my new physio is a triathlete and actually has me back improving, im def listening like he thomas brown atm. last **** had me stop exercising for months and i got worse n weaker - def Flus vibes, but just with tittys. weaker beard fo show
