I am trying to push for a 5 min mile. I am currently running between 5:30 to 5:40 min miles. Slowly bringing my time down.

u fit, fast mfer. good for you. i saw 540s in the military as a sprinter... doubt i hit 6 ever again at me older age.. not the goal anyway..

my physio has me doing 12-15 min miles. this and the next few weeks. im doing 2 a days atm. like 20 mins in the morning and 20 in the evening.. plus walking time..

i can go faster but being my new physio is a triathlete and actually has me back improving, im def listening like he thomas brown atm. last **** had me stop exercising for months and i got worse n weaker - def Flus vibes, but just with tittys. weaker beard fo show

If you can sprint without making things worse you really need to. Your VO2 max is extremely important as you get older:
