Well, there isn't that much to say except that it is all about the chili sauce. A plate of chilaquiles can only be as good as the chili sauce. Which is mostly a function of the chilies they use.

Me too.
Someone mentioned putting it on dogs afterward and wanted no beans. If I ever buy chili just for dogs, I buy with no beans, If I have leftover chili and it has beans, and I want to use it on a dog, the beans don't bother me.
But dogs are best with coney sauce instead of chili anyway IMO.
