Likely. They got an As hitting coach. Too bad the As suck in the playoffs.

I have to look at Toronto to see what I'd want. I think I'd be good with a Beckham for Lawrie swap.

But it would be awesome to ship Beckham and Danks to Toronto for a top RHP prospect and some other shit. We'll see. Gone be an extreme makeover possibly

That didn't answer the trade question, though.

Aoki would be an upgrade over De Aza at the lead-off spot.

He doesn't whiff & gets on base.

Aoki would be a good pick up. As Joe noted: good on base, and has a solid D in RF.

Under control until 2018.

Only beef is he is already entering his age 32 season.

Granderson at the Blackhawks' game. Please don't let it be a sign of this guy coming to Chicago. :pity:

hes from chicago

I know.

If nothing else, Yankees offered him a qualifying offer, so, that pretty much kills any chance of him signing here.

So if we signed a major free agent, although very unlikely, like McCann what would it cost us draft pick wise?

Salty is who I think we get at catcher. We're gona trade a starter like Santiago or Danks for a position player per Scott merkin

@scottmerkin: @HEELPags Just thinking out loud. But White Sox will trade a starter to fill another need ~
