Man baseballs free agency is slow. They need to make it like the NFL and make it fun for fans. I like the winter meetings however,

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago White Sox
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
  1. Toledo Rockets
Pretty much.

Sox can pitch, can't hit or field.

But the hitting and fielding seem to go in-and-out every other year.

Hell
that article was awful. just summarizing what we already know. no offense to you but the author just wrote a filler piece.

Desperate times call for desperate filler

Cross choo off your list

Jerry Crasnick of ESPN reports that according to Major League teams, Scott Boras is aiming to get Shin-Soo Choo a larger contract than Jayson Werth's $126 million deal with the Nationals.
This runs contrary to a report on Thursday that Boras was marketing Choo as a $90 million player. Crasnick notes that Boras is stressing Choo's elite on-base percentage, durability, and proven track record as a leadoff hitter when marketing him to potential teams. While he may not actually eclipse the total value of Werth's deal, it would be mildly surprising if he didn't net at least nine figures this winter.

@philgrogers: With @cgrand14 rejecting the Yankees' qualifying offer, he's definitely on White Sox radar. Strong support within baseball ops.

No please no!! Let alone giving up a 2nd rd pick

granderson is fine if they are going for it and he compliments a bigger signing or trade

Per mlbtraderumors.com

While the top catching option available (Brian McCann) could land a nine-figure deal, the White Sox appear to match up with free agent Jarrod Saltalamacchia, writes Dan Hayes of CSNChicago.com. Chicago would like an improvement behind the plate after neither Tyler Flowers nor Josh Phegley shined last season.

I'll take salty! He's the catcher I want. McCann is too pricey and would cost a pick.

My dream would be Carlos Gonzalez. Ain't happening because we'd have to give up a lot. But he's my favorite non-sox player

he got on base last year but hit 14 hrs. the year before in the same amount of games he sucked ass but had 25 hrs. if he can get on base and hit 20 dingers id be happy as ****.
