It always is, but actually this goes in a 500 degree reg old oven on a pizza stone. Outdoor oven too hot for this.

also @Burque the one pizza with the underdone looking crust is just lighter because I over-floured that dough. It was just as crispy buddy, same temp and time as the darker one.
