also @Burque the one pizza with the underdone looking crust is just lighter because I over-floured that dough. It was just as crispy buddy, same temp and time as the darker one.

There are no good pizza places up here in my neck of the woods. I did find a half-way decent pizza north of Minneapolis, not like you get down there. So its eating " lottza Mottza and doctoring it up.

Make this recipe, it couldn't be easier. My kids get homemade Neapolitan, NY style and Chicago pan all pulled from recipes at seriouseats.com but after having this it's their favorite.

Make this recipe, it couldn't be easier. My kids get homemade Neapolitan, NY style and Chicago pan all pulled from recipes at seriouseats.com but after having this it's their favorite.
i saved it.

Why? Is it a matter of not being able to control my temps? I done a frozen pizza on the grill/smoker and it was great.


I'd just say follow the recipe for perfection. Introducing other variables is probably not a great idea but if you can maintain 500 without peaking for at least 10 min, and not have the underside too hot I guess you can go for it.

It should be ok i can control the temps from 150-700 degrees. Love LOU
