I prefer regular crust over thin, square-cut.
Also, there's a difference between deep-dish and stuffed. It's amazing how many people, even in Chicago, don't know this. I'm not sure if this is completely accurate, but the way I always distinguished the two is: the crusts are similar, but deep dish looks like a regular pizza on top; stuffed has the sauce on top. Although you can probably get a "deep-dish" pizza with sauce on top. I've never been a fan of deep-dish, but stuffed pizza is delicious.
