Or how about you wait til things are settled with with the 4th Defensemen and Goalie before you worry about 4th line additions or a 3rd line defense addition.

Absolutely no reason for inpatient. It isn't like they can sign anyone high priced anyway.

These are the signings I am awaiting.

Steal -relax man, I never said you were...

There just seems to be a certain demographic that gets their panties in a wad with every player move (and it isn't like the salary cap situation hasn't been known about since before last season). The team won it all ... and I am willing to bet that pretty much no one here had seen that ever happen -so it just strikes me as a little rich that there actually is anything to cry about.

I mean I even saw someone bitching about losing Ben Eager -- Ben Eager for godsakes?! Holy shit that would be like me getting all worked up when Rickie Paterson left the team -so what?! It was a fourth liner for which apparently 10 goals in a season was a career year ... can you say Gretzky? Ok -how about Brent Gretzky then ...

I mean dammit ... this entire offseason is just pissing me off ... not because of what the team is doing - hell they were always going to have to do that.... maybe if they had lost to Philly they would have saved money against the cap (stupid clause that it counts against the cap -but hey I bet the owners pushed for that ...so oh well )... but damn- take a fricking win -and stop shitting the diapers because there is a salary cap -and there were a couple of overpaid contracts...

Anyways ... yeah I am sick of "die hard Hawks fans"... talk is cheap. Be one.[/QUOTE]

there is a difference between being a die hard hawks fan and a homer/advocate for the hawks.

Another thing, no need for people to get their panties in a bunch if we disagree with the moves they've made.

Just as annoying as people stuffing these "potential" guys as automatic studs.

I don't think anyone would disagree with you being an idiot on the Hawks trades.

I don't see anyone disagreeing, just not seeing need to overreact for what was the obvious occurrence.

Nor have I seen anyone hyping any of these additions too much as studs or auto lineup player replacers. Seems hypocritical on the part of the man pushing Beach as a lock to make the team and had said it as Buffs replacement. It's one thing to acknowledge what a players strengths are, another to point weaknesses as if it's the end all of a player.

True point -I'll take it a little down the line:

-there is a difference even further in being a die-hard hockey fan to both of those as well, which was what I was saying.
