Scenario: What would be hilarious is, the bears fire eberflus hire a new head coach and he retains our OC and DC fires everyone else. Just as a big dick move to show how shit flus is, was. Show Chicago what a real HC will look like.

I'm all for Thomas Brown for HC...for the last7 games of the season.

My only hesitation with that is I want him 100% focused on the O and Caleb. Making him HC now just adds more to his plate.

Now maybe after a few games if the O looks good, you fire Flus and give him 4 games as interim HC to see how he manages the whole game and in game decisions.

Making Brown HC is typical Bears move.
So is hiring a new coach with the requirement that Brown be kept as OC

What do you do if Caleb and the O players bang the table for him at end of year?

Daboll has had a chance to be a HC and failed.

Brown called a good game today. Needs 7 more like that.
Failed? He has the exact same excuses that you made for Eberflus. Not to mention Brown has done nothing near what Daboll did as a coordinator.

Like the players did for Fields? See where that went?

I didnt make excuses for Flus. I said I wanted to see how this season played out and fully expect Flus to be fired now. I also dont blame him for every stupid thing the players do.

Brown has 7 more games to see if he can give Caleb and the O momentum and if he can the benefit is Caleb doesnt have to learn a new offense.

Fields was on his way out. In this scenario you running the risk of upsetting the supposed franchise QB.

I wouldn't hate keeping Brown if he's good and pairing him with a real HC in Vrabel.

Get Flus out of here so we can evaluate Washington.

You literally made a thread excusing him for failing. Then at the end you tried to talk out of the other side of your mouth like usual so you could say "I sAiD I WaNtEd To SeE hOw ThE sEaSoN PLaYeD oUt" as if the Bears overcoming his deficiencies like they did the back half of last year would change how bad of a coach he is.

Nope. You are mistaken. The argument was always this was the year to evaluate him and that has been my argument from before the season started.
