Actually the hotdog is the meat the addition of the bread/split roll makes it a sandwich. A hamburger is a sandwich

That's not how Wikipedia works, I'm not looking at a "sandwich section", I type in the name of the sandwich and it either has a page because it exists, or it does not have a page because it does not exist.

Sandwiches that exist have a page in Wikipedia.

I like you so I'm going to do you a favor, I'm not sure how familiar you are, if at all, with Wikipedia. Anyone with an email address can suggest a new page, go suggest "hot dog sandwich". My guess is they will shoot you down, because they already have a hot dog page, but who knows, it seems important to you, what do you have to lose, give it a shot.

I always eat fries plain. I dislike ketchup. Sweet potato fries are great, second only to curly fries.

Well that took long enough, I've been throwing out the Wikipedia BS for over a year, finally someone looked.

Congrats.

Ketchup on a hot dog is for children. A lettuce wrapped sausage is, I guess diet food, good luck on your diet, but that is gross.
