Sopping.Nah, quit trying to justify ur shit take. His turnovers cost the game and his only success was with heavy run game vs prevent...but apparently it got u wet

Also, "as shit." Shit QB play gets me wet.Nah, quit trying to justify ur shit take. His turnovers cost the game and his only success was with heavy run game vs prevent...but apparently it got u wet
I really hope Bagent succeeds, I just don't see it happening with Getsy and oline...that was already evident. Getsy left him in bad situations, yet people are happy about the prevent driveSopping.
This is spot onBagent is a pea shooter but because he plays fast the contrast will be refreshing. He will be better at what Fields is bad at, problem is he has a below average nfl arm which limits his overall ceiling.
Sounds like you wanna get wet, or is that a shit take?I really hope Bagent succeeds, I just don't see it happening with Getsy and oline...that was already evident. Getsy left him in bad situations, yet people are happy about the prevent drive
Nah, just a reality take....Ill leave his two turnover performance, equaling Joe Montana level play, to the Bagent nuthugging crew.Sounds like you wanna get wet, or is that a shit take?
There's probably gonna be an x v y QB forum for a while.Nah, just a reality take....Ill leave his two turnover performance, equaling Joe Montana level play, to the Bagent nuthugging crew.
I just would like to see a Qb in Chicago for once.
Or undrafted practice squad player is as shit as first rounder with 30 starts.
Heh, actually I think only you could come up with that. That's an amazing take. As long as the underdog is as bad as the QB you don't like it's OK because they're the underdog sucking. LOL
Only Bears Fans could come up with that.
That he's worth more chances after getting actual starter practice reps. He's already way ahead of the curve considering where he came from and draft status. Doesn't mean he'll continue to develop but only one way to find out.Wtf did he show?
Classic case of an extremely low bar. He isn’t the answer and was never meant to be anyways. That he's worth more chances after getting actual starter practice reps. So 1st rounders get 3 years but this kid gets less than 1/2 a game after his 1st time using pro concepts against an NFL D and never practicing with the ones? Got it.Classic case of an extremely low bar. He isn’t the answer and was never meant to be anyways.
“way ahead of the curve”
Getsy has his issues but spotting blitzes and uncovered rushers isn't on the OC.Bagent won't be good, he's a DII undrafted rookie with a weak arm (by NFL standards) and average mobility. But I think he will probably show us where Fields struggles. And that is in his presnap ability to get quick easy stuff, and in his ability to just take what is there. He will also probably make a few huge mistakes.
Fields and Getsy had trouble figuring out protections and spotting blitzes. At least two of the sacks and probably more were from uncovered rushers and the protection wasn't changed at all, nor did Fields even look at the blitzer. Successful OCs and QBs don't do that regularly.
Figuring out protection is. There were some alarming plays where you have an OT picking up a blitzing S while Donta Foreman, who is a terrible blocker, taking a DE 1v1. That should never happen.Getsy has his issues but spotting blitzes and uncovered rushers isn't on the OC.
I really don't understand why people are not giving him a chance here. Like what do the Bears have to lose? They are 1-5 and Fields is out and things look like absolute shit anyway. It's not like they are 8-8 and need a win to make the playoffs where Fields comes back and gives the Bears a chance in the playoffs. So 1st rounders get 3 years but this kid gets less than 1/2 a game after his 1st time using pro concepts against an NFL D and never practicing with the ones? Got it.
Nobody's crowned him. He looks better than he should even if the result was not great. He never held the ball too long, he distributed even if he didn't always make the best choice every time etc. He already manages the pocket better than Fields for instance. He deserves to be that next guy up as long as he needs to be and for the teams sake, it would be a lucky break if he shows he belongs.
