TSD, having gone through several variations of this, including a divorce, trust me, things do eventually work out. May not seem that way, and living in that bottle is cool, but it does work out.

I'll put a little different spin on this. TSD - do you love this girl? I mean really love her? If the answer to that is yes don't let her go. It's not too late. After 7 years she's feeling it hard too. Tell her how you feel. I almost let my wife go due to similar circumstances and I'm glad I went back to her - she is my soulmate and we have 2 beautiful kids together. So if you truly love this girl as I said, don't let her go. I mean it.

I have to agree. Unless this had been building for a while I can't imagine she's feeling to great herself.

Not sure a prolonged drunk and a series of bar skanks would be my solution but its your life, and the sooner you get on with it the sooner this will be resolved.



Some of the worst decisions I've ever made in my life occured during periods of emotional chaos like this, and alcohol was never helpful in that regard.
