After Matt LeBlanc won a golden globe for a show I'd never heard of, I decided to watch a few episodes of... Episodes.



Anyone else see this one?



I like it, but it definitely wasn't what I thought it would be.

I had to stop watching it after a few episodes. Just didn't do it for me. Good premise tired writing.

OMG I posted that mid-episode and it only got better. Favorites: the nightclub was called "Plague" and Schmidt's d-bag jar moments at the end. "Has anyone seen my good peacoat?" Brilliant.

Anyways, I see Archer's new season is coming up so. I love that show. I do have quite a bit to catch up on though as I haven't watched it regularly.

And really, are you surprised phranchk? You know I am not all enamoured of enough TV to warrant trawling up in this thread on the regular. I just check up on it every now and again or if I run across something I want to post. Hell, I probably have never even seen an episode of 50%-75% of the shows discussed up in this joint.

Hey, talk about douches, her character in "Cloverfield" was one of the few that I didn't want to see get smished by the monster! It was bugging me where I'd seen her before! Thanks Mule!

Yeah, that was some bs. I didn't care for that glaring omission AT ALL---it's Schmidt we're talking about here and in that context no CeCe is a true WTF? I don't know if it's because the actress was unavailable which I'd find hard to believe for a contracted series regular or if it was the alternative which was a way to cheaply and conveniently script-wise get to the "Schmidt tries to kiss Jess" moment then that was a weakass contrivance I felt.

Big fan of Archer - just bought Season 2 and trying to get caught up. "DANGER ZONE!"
