I love Spike, especially in the later ones and when he crossed over to Angel. They were two of my favorite shows. I even have the big Angel Smile Time Puppet Doll.

Are you aware they are continuing all the stories in comic form with Joss Whedon doing the writing? (as like buffy season 8, 9 etc.) and release them on dvd as well as kind of like a motion picture book.

I had to look up how old he was and i almost did a spit take. 37? Thats crazy. he def looks like he is 17-18 if not younger. He kills me on the Kroll Show. Kroll show gets better and better by episode. I loooove the C-Czar character and the Oh Hello guys. Last nights episode was my fav of the season so far.

I watched my first episode of King Of The Nerds last night. I gotta say I was pretty entertained by it. Def scripted as most reality shows are. I don't know why King Of The Nerds was so entertaining. It wasn't because of the exploited nerdines of the kids on the show..I think it's more of the hidden genius in the kids that's so interesting. The challenges are pretty funny to I suppose. And any show Booger hosts you gotta like. Don't know if I could watch a full season of it just because reality shows lose my interest after a few episodes but as far as a time filler it looks like a pretty fun show.

Shit he's 6 years older than me and I thought he was a little kid when he was on the man show. He has a disease

I think they are going to recombine the parts of 3 and 4... or is it 4 and 5 that are happening at the same time then break them back up and tvize it... It's the only way that makes sense. The book had a limitation telling those stories that tv doesn't... should be interesting.

A nice long Game of Thrones recap to get ready for season 3.
Damn it! looking at the clip it looks like Tyrion's face is not as mangled as I hoped... unless that part hadn't come yet when they recorded that. I want to see them do some ugly makeup shit with his nose.

It seems a bit harsh to want Tyrion to be super disfigured. Again, y'all know I have not read the books, but I understand that his nose gets cut up good in the books. TV is a different medium, a medium that requires viewers to look at actors faces for many, many hours. I want my Tyrion to look barely disfigured!

No way... a lot of the depth of his character is the removal of his nose going forward hahah... not to mention it's part of the disguise. The nose must go... but I figured it wouldn't because it's tv... but I was hoping since they do pretty good makeup they would get creative. Plus he's my favorite character.

I know! He's the best. I'm sure there is much character development to do with his disfigurement and some of that might be lost. But, Peter Dinklage will still be able to convey the depth of that character development. He is also the best.

I love how good of an actor his is. it may sound weird, but I'm sure a lot of people think you could just put any little person in that role and it would be good, but he really really really gets the charecter. He's not there to be a novelty he carries a lot of the show. And he only is going to do it more. Or is he... hehahhaehaehaeh

Having read all the books, I think he needs to "lose the nose" so to speak. It's a big part of the later books as far as that character is concerned.

I didn't think book 5 was any better/worse than the preceding books. Just the same old problem of Martin killing off characters after you start liking them, except for the villains that is, they never seem to get their due with a few exceptions.

Vikings is grabbing my attention lately. Walking Dead seems to be building up to an epic confrontation.

Vinkings any good? Is it historical, or loosely based?

Totally agree - I've been waiting an entire season for this show to start getting this good again. Last 3 eps have finally started to get real good again. Loved the loop back to the guy we met in the first episode.

So I don't know if anyone here cares, as I've never seen the show but know it's a huge cult hit... Veronica Mars launced a kickstarter for 2 mil to do a movie this summer and raised about 2.7 mil in a day or so. So it's basically on. The director and 3 of the main chars. include Bell herself are confirmed. Anyone able to tell me about this show, is it worth catching up on? Ymo, was this one of your favorites?

I bought the first season years ago and I've only watched a couple eps. I liked what I saw - just never really got into because there was too much else on. Might be a good reason to get caught up (for me anyway). I don't know why I wouldn't like it - it was praised by Kevin Smith and Joss Whedon, two guys who's opinions I trust.
